Reverend D, Frimpong has been the Senior   Pastor of World Ministry Church since its inception in 2003. Reverend Frimpong spent 14 years as a Pentecostal Assemblies missionary in Japan before moving to the Washington DC Metro area. His years of doing missionary work in Japan has horned his unique capacity for inspiring others to develop and use their talents for God. His philosophy of ministry can be summed up in one phrase, "ministering to each one." He is passionate about preaching and enjoys leading his church and congregation into effective ministry reaching the world for Christ! Reverend Frimpong lives in Maryland with his wife, Abena and his five children, Kwame, Jnr, Opoku, Kobby and the lovely Bona.

 

Reverend Frimpong has three primary areas of ministry, teaching, pastoral care and evangelism. His vision is to help build a diverse church united by the common desire for the love of Christ to be made known and experienced through the work of the Holy Spirit. He is committed to letting the Bible speak, seeking to demonstrate the relevance of God's word for today's church and society. Reverend Frimpong has proven to be a good shepherd, one who gently leads his flock. He is a man of vision, richly blessed with God-given knowledge and wisdom, and fully committed to "making disciples." He holds a first degree in Bible and theology.

Reverend Frimpong's passion for people is carried out by a dedicated and cohesive team whose common goal is to help others develop a relationship with God. The team's longevity, creativity, diversity and energy are unsurpassed. Their roles and responsibilities are many, but the results are clear.
